AMENDMENT OF TERMS

Kurecoinhub may make or amend this agreement and various rules from time to time as needed, and announce the same on the website, without any individual notice to you The continuous use of KURECOINHUB after amendment of agreement and various rules indicate your acceptance of the terms. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

You accept and agree to the following:

That any communication, agreement, notices and other news relating to Kurecoinhub account and services will be communicated to you by electronically posting them on Kurecoinhub website, Kurecoinhub social media platforms or emailing them to the email address provided to us by you during registration.

You are fully responsible for providing Kurecoinhub with a valid and accessible email address to which communication will be done. It is assumed that any email address provided by you to Kurecoinhub is accessible by you and as such any email sent to the email address provided is received you.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Kurecoinhub is committed in combating fraud, funding terrorism and money laundering activities thereby implementing the highest level of KYC (know your customer) process.

You will be required to provide and update your information on the required page truthfully, accurately and correctly. If there is any reasonable doubt that the information provided by you is inaccurate, untruthful or outdated, Kurecoinhub shall have the right to contact and make enquiry and demand corrections or terminate all Kurecoinhub services provided to you.

You shall accurately and timely update from time to time as the case may be your email address, contact information, telephone numbers and other information depending on the requirement and laws governing your country , in other to enable Kurecoinhub or other users contact you effectively.

KUREWALLET & CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTION

The Kurewallet, the internal e-wallet embedded in Kurecoinhub allows you to purchase cryptocurrencies from your local bank account, receive and withdraw funds in fiat.

Kurewallet is available in fiat and cryptocurrency transaction.

Kurecoinhub will not be liable for any given errors or mistake carried out by you during any cryptocurrency transaction. You accept and agree that you will have no settlement or claim whatsoever to:

Any fiat transaction sent to a wrong local bank account number from Kurewallet

• To any digital currency sent to a receiving wallet address where the transferred digital currency is not supported.


• To any digital currency sent to a receiving address where the receiving address is associated with another cryptocurrency for example you will have no settlement or claim to any RIPPLE (XRP) sent to a LITECOIN (LTC) receiving address


• The input of a wrong external receiving address or a different receiving wallet address from the one you intended to send to


• The transfer of funds (cryptocurrency) to a different wallet address from the one generated for you on the Kurecoinhub platform

DEPOSIT

After completing our KYC, you may proceed to fund your Kurewallet by depositing fiat from your local bank account.

You will be provided with a procedure to make deposit into your Kurewallet from the Kurecoinhub website; you have options of funding your Kurewallet through a bank, online transfer or fund with credit/debit card.

WITHDRAWAL

Withdrawal on the Kurecoinhub is at will and at any time.

You can withdraw digital currency from Kurecoinhub by transferring from your “Recent Transactions” to an external wallet address of your choice.

When you have added your bank account information to your Kurecoinhub account, you may also withdraw fiat from Kurewallet to any local bank of your choice.

Ensure that the bank account and all relevant information are correct and complete and you are solely responsible for information provided.

Kurecoinhub will not be liable to oblige to any issue relating to reversal or correct any withdrawal.

NOTE: ALL DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL MAY BE SUBJECT TO LIMIT according to the laws governing your country

BUY AND SELL

As a Kurecoinhub account holder you are able to buy and sell any cryptocurrency available on the platform.

CHARGES AND FEES

You agree and accept all charges/ fees applicable to all transactions conducted on the Kurecoinhub website. Kurecoinhub reserves the right to make changes to the charges/fees at any time on the website. Changes in charges/fees will be updated on the website

BANK AND LOAN

All banking and loan transaction involving digital currency payout and deposit will be calculated base on the current value of digital currency.

A minimum of 30 days notice required to withdraw any banked coin.

Early termination of banked coin(s) before the end of the banking tenure will result to complete loss of interest.

However, if coin(s) have been banked for 6 months and a termination before one year occurs, the interest is calculated for 6 months and applied to the coin(s).

To be eligible for loans on the platform

Have banked an eligible digital currency on Kurecoinhub for 30 days

Have met all requirement outlined on the Kurecoinhub website

You agree and accept that all banked digital asset will receive periodic dividends based on the current rate/price of the banked digital currency. You agree and accept that Kurecoinhub reserves the right to review the periodic dividend and interest to be paid from time to time.

All banking and loan transaction involving digital currency payout and deposit will be calculated base on the current value of digital currency.

To be eligible for loans on the platform, you must:

ACCOUNT SECURITY

In order to access Kurecoinhub services you will be required to create security details, including username and password. You agree and accept responsibility for:

The safekeeping of your Kurecoinhub account and password, personal identification numbers (PINS) or tokens, API keys or any other authenticator code associated with your Kurecoinhub account.

All activities under your log-in email, Kurecoinhub account and password

Notifying Kurecoinhub immediately if you are aware of any unauthorized access to your Kurecoinhub account and password by any person or any other violations.

Enabling any additional security features available to you, including the activation of two factor authentication on your Kurecoinhub account.

Maintaining security and control of your inbox, phone number and any other application linked to your Kurecoinhub account.

Kurecoinhub shall not and will not be responsible for any loss caused by your failure to comply with the security of your account.

RESTRICTION, SUSPENSION, CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

RESTRICTION: Kurecoinhub has the right at its discretion and without liability to you, with or without prior notice, with or without your consent, temporarily restrict or permanently restrict your access to all part or any of her services.

SUSPENSION: Kurecoinhub has the right at its discretion and without liability to you, with or without prior notice, with or without your consent, temporarily suspend or permanently suspend your access to all part or any her services.

Your name appears in any governmental sanction list

We suspect you of taking any action that may circumvent our controls such as opening multiple Kurecoinhub accounts or abusing promotions offered

We suspect your account is subjected to operational error or other error which may require us to suspend your account pending when such errors are treated

FINANCIAL ADVICE

Do not consider any information contained on Kurecoinhub website, or provided to you through Kurecoinhub directors, employee, agent, marketers or any affiliate of Kurecoinhub as a financial, investment or other professional advice. You agree and accept that you are solely responsible to buy, sell, and trade cryptocurrencies on Kurecoinhub.com.

INDEMNITY

You agree and accept to indemnify Kurecoinhub, and its partners, employers, agent or Kurecoinhub affiliate against any action, liability, cost, claim, loss, damage, proceeding or expense suffered or incurred if direct or not directly arising from your use of Kurecoinhub’ sites, your use of the Service, or from your violation of these Terms of Use.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You are prohibited from the following activities. This means you will not use your account you will not use account to undertake any of the above listed prohibited activities or any related activity.
